This year, the annual real estate event attracted somewhat fewer participants than in previous years. Despite this, there was still a very representative coverage of decision-makers from all sectors of the real estate industry. Our own program focused primarily on meetings with investors as well as financiers.
The general atmosphere of the event was still good and positive, but a touch of uncertainty could be heard in most discussions. After all, for many, all activity has almost completely stopped for a moment. We are now waiting for the situation to clear up. Everyone already has their own vision of the future, but no one knows how long the uncertainty will last. Change is eagerly awaited. How soon will the real business activity start, was the absolute number one topic at the event. Everyone was hoping for strong trendsetters to come boldly forward to untie the knot asap.
