The multi-service real estate company Tapiolan Lämpö Oy has sold its office and industrial property in Maarinsolmu, Espoo, for approximately 22 million euros. The buyers in the significant transaction were JM-Suomi Oy and LähiTapiola Tontit II Ky. Ecorum acted as the seller’s commercial advisor in the transaction.
The sale of the property located at the intersection of Maarinsolmu in Pohjois Tapiola was preceded by planning and zoning development, which now enables residential construction in this location that has excellent public transport connections. Currently, the site is used by the Tapiolan Lämpö main office and the company’s large maintenance depot. The company will gradually move its operations to new premises during 2024.
