IONCOR is a leading European battery manufacturer for bus, truck and off-highway segments and the automotive industry. The company was established from Valmet Automotive’s battery business line as an independent company and brand, and now, the call to action is clear: societies must electrify to drive the global energy transition and combat the climate crisis.
IONCOR’s organizational structure necessitated well-suited premises for personnel working in company’s administrative and support functions. Ecorum was tasked with identifying optimally located facilities. In April 2025, IONCOR relocated to newly renovated offices on Kaivokatu in Helsinki CBD, specifically tailored to meet their operational requirements and preferences.
