Ecorum scouted the leasing market in Helsinki Central Business District for White & Case to find premises that fully support the client’s core business. Ecorum advised White & Case in the lease agreement negotiations and throughout the entire premises project. In execution phase, Ecorum tendered technical advisers and architects for the design and renovation of the new premises. As a result, Gullstén & Inkinen architects were assigned for the project.
White & Case’s new fully modernized ca. 1 500 square meter premises are located on the corner of Aleksanterinkatu and Mikonkatu, in a Jugend style property called Väinämöisenlinna.
