CapMan Nordic Real Estate II fund has acquired a historical office property in the heart of Helsinki. The property is located on Pohjoisesplanadi, which is one the most prestigious shopping and office streets in Helsinki.
The property comprises circa 2.300 sqm of lettable space and is currently almost fully let. Ecorum Oy acted as CapMan’s commercial advisor.
