Ecorum advised Krogerus in its major premises project in the heart of Helsinki. Krogerus will become the anchor tenant in the property located at Fabianinkatu 9, Helsinki, owned by Genesta. The Fabianinkatu property comprises 7,700 sqm of lettable area and Krogerus will lease circa 70% of the total premises. Ecorum is pleased to have supported Krogerus to find premises that will support their business today and in the future. The client will move to the new premises in autumn 2021.
