The property owned by the Church Pension Fund, located at Kamreerintie 6, has been sold to Hemsö Suomi Oy. Prior to the sale, the property which comprises nearly 5,000 sqm of leasable area, was leased to the City of Espoo with a long lease agreement. The building will first be renovated and then used by Espoo’s new family center, Campus.
The new owner, Hemsö is the leading private owner of properties for public use in both Sweden and Finland. Hemsö will invest a total of approximately EUR 21 million in the property. The renovated facilities will be completed in spring 2022.
Ecorum acted as commercial advisor to the Church Pension Fund during the development phase and leasing of the property, and in the now completed transaction.
