The properties located at Hermannin rantatie 12 and Vanha Talvitie 13–15 were sold to the Special Investment Fund eQ Commercial Properties. In the transaction Ecorum acted as commercial advisor to the seller, Valtasampo Oy.
The total leasable area of the two buildings is approximately 9,700 sqm. The space distribution is diverse, comprising e.g. workspace as well as office, production and storage facilities. The properties have been built in the 1940s and 1990s. The premises are in good condition and fully leased due to improvements and modernization in recent years.
