Ecorum acted as Roschier’s property advisor in their long-term premises project. The main objective of the project was to provide Roschier with modern premises tailored to the needs of their future requirements from the center of Helsinki.
Ecorum was responsible for sourcing premises options and acted as the commercial adviser for Roschier in the lease agreement negotiations. After careful consideration of several opportunities, Kasarmikatu 21 was determined to be the most feasible option. The decision to sign the lease agreement was made in 2014 and the move to the new premises took place in February 2018.
Kasarmikatu 21 located at the corner of Kasarmitori reflects exceptionally well Roschier’s goals and future needs. Roschier is the anchor tenant in the office property. The property is unique in all respects – environmentally certified new office building designed for a modern office environment in the heart of Helsinki.
