We were assigned by Aalto University Campus and Real Estate (ACRE) to find new tenants to the renovated premises of Aalto Töölö. The landmark property is formerly known as the main building of the Helsinki School of Economics. In cooperation with the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we found suitable premises for the UN children’s organization Unicef who were about to establish two new innovation centers in Finland.
Unicef’s innovation centers focus on developing new learning solutions and financial innovations to benefit the children of the world. The centers will start their operations in the 700-square-meter premises this fall.
The main user of the Aalto Töölö property is Aalto University Executive Education. For Unicef, one of the building’s key synergetic tenants is the business incubator Helsinki Education Hub, whose mission is to boost growth entrepreneurship and startups in the field of learning technology.
Unicef’s innovation centers will also boost cooperation with Finnish businesses and pave the way for domestic learning innovations abroad.
