Ecorum acted as advisor to the Nordic real estate investment company Areim in the acquisition of three light industrial properties located near Ring III. The total floor area of the buildings is approximately 18,500 m2 and the premises are almost fully leased. The purchased properties have outstanding traffic locations in the Juvanmalmi and Petikko areas in Espoo and in Vantaa’s Piispankylä industrial area.
