In 2024, the lease agreement for If’s office property was coming to an end and the search for a new long-term space solution was started. The premises in question comprised approximately 17,500 square meters of office space.
The extensive search in Turku and the nearby Kupittaa area comprised both existing office premises as well as new construction options and also included the alternative of staying in the current premises. After careful bid evaluation, site visits and fine-tuning, two options were selected for the final round. At the end of the evaluation process, the new offer for If’s current premises, that had been fully updated in accordance with the request for tenders, was chosen as the best option. A new long-term lease agreement was drawn up based on the proposal and entered into force on January 1, 2025.
In the premises project, Ecorum surveyed the best market options for the insurance company and acted as the client’s advisor in the lease negotiations.
