Ifolor Group has decided to consolidate its production operations in Switzerland. The former Ifolor production facility located at Posliinitehtaankatu 1 in Kerava offers approximately 5,200 square meters of leasable area, with nearly all premises situated at street level.
The property was sold to a private real estate investor. Ecorum acted as the commercial advisor to the seller in the recently completed transaction.
