TTL Systems is a Tampere-based service company offering versatile cash systems and ICT services and an authorized warranty service provider for Acer, Dell, HP and Lenovo business computers. The company also belongs to the nationwide Data Group chain formed by independent member shops. The chain employs more than 370 IT professionals.
The company was looking for more efficient space usage. Moreover, the old facilities at street level did not produce much added value in B2B business. The new premises were found on the other side of the city in Hermia, where Ecorum was conducting an intensive leasing project on behalf of Bridge Properties Oy, who manage buildings 5 and 6. TTL Systems moved to the Hermia 5 building in the beginning of July.
The facilities on the Hermia business campus are very flexible. TTL Systems’ premises comprising approximately 240 square meters were tailored for the tenant from a larger office space. The new facilities also include 12 parking spaces. The building also has a loading dock, which is a necessary feature for TTL’s operations, not forgetting the versatile services of the business park.
