Winds of change at Ecorum

In evolution, the winner is usually not the strongest, but the most adaptable. For our part, we have decided to show agility and adaptability by sharpening our own focus. In the future, we will focus on high-end advisory services, for which there is healthy demand even in lean times. Moreover, the choice of a high-end business advisor is decided by trust, experience and know-how, not solely by the commercial volume previously achieved by the consultant.

Changes in transaction services

We will no longer maintain a full-service transaction team. Instead of labor-intensive property surveys and financials, we focus on knowledge-intensive strategic commercial advice for sellers and buyers. We also assist owners in planning development measures for added property value. In addition, our extensive international contacts with investors and financiers are still available for our customers.

Changes in leasing services

We will no longer carry out traditional commission-based commercial leasing assignments. We do, however, consult property owners in boosting the rentability of their properties and portfolios. Our advisory services to corporate occupiers remain largely unchanged. We consult the management of corporate tenants in major premises arrangements and critical decisions.
