The buyers in the significant transaction were JM-Suomi Oy and L\u00e4hiTapiola Tontit II Ky. Ecorum acted as the seller&#8217;s commercial advisor in the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>The sale of the property located at the intersection of Maarinsolmu in Pohjois Tapiola was preceded by planning and zoning development, which now enables residential construction in this location that has excellent public transport connections. Currently, the site is used by the Tapiolan L\u00e4mp\u00f6 main office and the company\u2019s large maintenance depot.
