{"id":4304,"date":"2021-01-14T13:43:18","date_gmt":"2021-01-14T11:43:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ecorum.fi\/?p=4304"},"modified":"2024-06-18T22:52:09","modified_gmt":"2024-06-18T19:52:09","slug":"finnish-evangelical-lutheran-mission-sold-its-premises-to-sy-invest","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ecorum.fi\/en\/finnish-evangelical-lutheran-mission-sold-its-premises-to-sy-invest\/","title":{"rendered":"Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission sold its premises to SY Invest"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission (Felm) <a href=\"https:\/\/ecorum.fi\/en\/suomen-lahetysseura\/\">sold its office building on T\u00e4htitorninkatu, Helsinki, in 2018.<\/a> The church located in connection to the office building and the premises above and below it remained in Felm\u2019s ownership.<\/p>\n<p>In August 2020, Felm\u2019s annual meeting authorized the board to sell the premises which they no longer have use and to form a real estate company out of those premises. Following a tendering process, these premises consisting of six offices have been sold to SY Invest Oy Ab. In both transactions, Ecorum Oy acted as the commercial advisor to Felm.<\/p>\n<p>The buyer is the same party that previously bought the office premises from Felm and converted them into residential apartments. The buyer is willing to develop the property as a whole together with Felm, says Rolf Stefansson, Executive Director.<\/p>\n<p>The church, the listed church hall and the associated meeting room, Wredesali, remain in the ownership of Felm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission (Felm) sold its office building on T\u00e4htitorninkatu, Helsinki, in 2018.
